Cara trained in floristry at college while working as a freelance Art Director. Since studying at art school Central Saint Martins in London, she has always sought out new canvases for creative expression, a pursuit that eventually led her to flowers.

Floristry became the perfect medium, allowing her to merge her love of design with the natural beauty of blooms. Cara has designed large-scale flower walls for BBC Gardeners’ World Autumn Fair and the Rutland Flower Show, turning heads with her signature style that bridges art and nature. Her mission is to share the joy of growing flowers through her floral designs — helping others experience the wonder of what can be created from seed to stem.

She regularly hosts floristry workshops that inspire creativity, confidence, and connection, inviting others to experience the beauty of working with flowers, from petal to arrangement. This year, she proudly led sessions for RHS Communities, sharing her joyful, hands-on approach with people of all ages and backgrounds. Rooted in sustainability, Cara’s floral work champions British-grown flowers and eco-conscious methods — always foam-free, always mindful. Her arrangements reflect not only artistic flair, but a deep respect for the land they come from.
